Meet Cheryl Corson
Cheryl’s longstanding loves of astrology, textile art, and therapeutic sound have blossomed in her retirement from 30 years practicing landscape architecture.
Cheryl is internationally certified as a therapeutic sound massage practitioner by the Peter Hess Academy. Her year-long graduate training as a wellness coach helps her create a safe, welcoming space to anyone seeking this deeply relaxing modality.
A life-long student of astrology, Cheyl now offers individual “cosmic coaching” sessions in-person or online. Now she is deepening her knowledge of locational astrology through coursework at Kepler College. Considering relocation? A special vacation spot? Or even finding an ideal spot for a garden feature? Like all Brooklyn 5 th -grade girls of a certain age, Cheryl learned to sew early. Later she studied at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. Today, Cheryl weaves, knits, and sews a mixture of functional textiles and fine art pieces, at a slow steady pace in her Marietta, Pennsylvania studio.
Cheryl is an avid gardener who enjoys camping and paddling. She has travelled in Central America, Spain, Greece, and northern Europe, plus most of North America. She usually has some new adventure in the planning stage.
