Cathedral West is a 92-unit, mid-century apartment building on a steeply sloping site in Northwest DC. The professional managment and landscape committee began working with Cheryl Corson on a landscape master plan in 2007, to address soil erosion, invasive plants, circulation and signage issues, and aesthetic concerns. Though a series of workshops and careful site analysis, a plan was created that has become a working document over the years. Work at the site continues, and improvement are made slowly and steadily.
